About Layout
This layout is for the contest It Takes Two Contest, a collaboration contest, created by Karen and Mimi. It is basically people joining and being group with a partner to create a design. This is a layout created by Me, Cali and Raven. Hope you guys like this layout. This layout features Eureka and Renton Thurston from Eureka 7. The lyrics featured on the layout are from 'Wherever you are' by Laava
Cali's Comments
This layout took us awhile, we worked quite a bit on it,
especially on deciding on what to do as outcome of the layout. Everything we did was
planned before hand to not cause too much conflicts between us, and at the end the turn of
events for the layout, turned out pretty well. Raven mostly did the designing, while I did
the skeleton code. Everything we did, we equally split the work in 2. We didn't have hard
times expressing our ideas, and to be teamed up with someone that I knew, it made it
easier and more fun to create this layout. I really enjoyed working with you Raven!
Congratulations to both of us, to create such a gorgeous layout <3
Raven's Comments
This layout took a while but I am particularly proud of the layout that both me and cali made.
The first part of the layout which was the design took quite a while as well as the choosing which type of layout/image we would use.
As Cali has mentioned, we drew up our plan of the layout before even starting the layout so it would be easier when it came to actually
creating and coding the layout. I mostly did the main image but Cali helped me and gave me pointers on how we could make it look better
and Cali did the coding although I skimmed over it and checked it in firefox to see if there weren't any clashes. We both split all of the work
equally although we also made sure that we both had a piece of the action on both the designing and coding part as we helped each other in thinking of any
ideas and suggestions to make it look better. As the contest name suggests, we both worked really hard on this layout and as a team I think we were brilliant.
All together, I have enjoyed working with Cali on this superb layout. As Cali said, Congratualations to the both of us and making a totally awesome and superb layout!!
