Rules...
Once we have an even number of applicants, the contest is ready to go.Once we have all applicants, we randomize the names and pair them up.
You may also recommend someone who is joining the contest or sign up with a partner. Everyone has to SPLIT the layout, that means, everyone has to do a part in the layout. Once you're done designing, you'll code the layout. We'll also be assigning each pair a image to use for your layout ;) Because this is a collab, we'll give you a partner to work with. You'll be designing a FULL layout together. Everyone does half-and-half. So, Once we give you an image to work on with your partner, we want you and your partner to plan it out, so give your partner your MSN, AIM, e-mail etc. We'll choose who starts the layout first.
DO's and DON'Ts
- You MUST have the banner up before you join. - The contest is about originality, and working together. So, do exactly that =] work together.
- Keep in touch with your buddy, either throguh e-mail, MSN or AIM etc. so you can reach eachother. We also want you guys to be friends!
- Don't just spend 4 minutes on it and make your partner do the rest.
- No yucky colouring... xP One thing we obsess over is the colour scheme, don't use BRIGHT colours.
- You can add a bit more images to it (example: screenshot to make a film strip) as long as there isnt any porn/hentai/yaoi etc.
- Extras give you more points. =] Like avatars, buttons and enter signs etc.
- Don't back out after you sign up
- You MUST have a site.

JUDGES
The judging will be held _________. Right now we dont have a date, we need to wait for the contestants to sign up first. SO keep an eye on this page.It'll be Karen and Mimi judging the contest, you may ASK to be a judge but it most likely won't happen ^__^;; if we get stuck, we'll ask for your opion.
